There are no developing Tropical Disturbances (LPAs) across the Western Pacific Ocean, the Philippine Sea and the South China Sea at this time.

STATIONARY FRONT persists across BATANES & BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP bringing some cloud cover in the area, while the WARM EASTERLIES (EASTERLY TRADES) on the other hand is bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies, moister conditions with passing isolated to occasional rain showers or thunderstorms across SOUTHERN LUZON, NCR, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, NORTHERN & EASTERN MINDANAO.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.
