NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) bringing clear to mostly cloudy (overcast) skies, gentle to moderate breeze with some drizzles, isolated to scattered rain showers and possible thunderstorms along NORTHERN QUEZON, BICOL REGION, ROMBLON, PALAWAN, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN MINDANAO.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to be clear with partly cloudy skies, cooler nights, and isolated rain showers in some areas.
