The WEAK TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) sits idle off the LUZON SEA while developing the SOUTHWESTERLIES (SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE WIND) bringing partly cloudy to mostly cloudy periods with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across the WESTERN shores of NORTHERN & CENTRAL LUZON including the KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).
Meanwhile, TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 90W was last seen at about 1,072 km East of BASCO, BATANES (19.5N 132.1E) at 11AM-PHT well-within the PAR line, but is not expected to affect any land mass in the country.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
