Enhanced SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across WESTERN LUZON including BATANES AND BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS, METRO MANILA, MIMAROPA, WESTERN VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). Winds of 30 to 50 km/hr (fresh to strong breeze) will blow, making the seas moderate to rough (2 to 4 meters) and risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
SOUTHWESTERLIES (Southwesterly Surface Windflow/Weak Habagat) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional rain showers and thunderstorms across BICOL REGION, REST OF SOUTHERN LUZON, REST OF VISAYAS, WESTERN AND NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.
Elsewhere, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have partly to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
