SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT) as induced by LPA 96W located off the coast of Southern China (outside of PAR), will continue to prevail across the WESTERN SECTIONS OF NORTHERN LUZON including BATANES and BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS, and SCARBOROUGH (PANATAG SHOAL). Partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with occasionally light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms especially along the western coast of the affected areas.
