The SOUTHWEST MONSOON (HABAGAT), enhanced by a Weak LPA over West Phillipine Sea, continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with occasionally light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHWESTERN, & CENTRAL LUZON; NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION; CAVITE; LAGUNA; BATANGAS; RIZAL; & OCCIDENTAL MINDORO. Fresh breeze to Strong breeze of 35 to 50 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) will blow, making the seas risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
Meanwhile, The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will be clear to partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers OR thunderstorms in some areas, especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
