SOUTHERLIES/SOUTHWESTERLIES (Southerly and Southwesterly Surface Windflow) will bring clear to mostly cloudy skies, breezy conditions with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, ILOCOS PROVINCES, SCARBOROUGH (PANATAG) SHOAL, MIMAROPA including KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG), AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies with chances of isolated rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
*There is no Tropical Disturbance (LPA) or Tropical Cyclone (TC) developing within the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) through the next 24 hours.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
