SOUTHWESTERLIES (SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered to occasional rain showers and thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS, PALAWAN including KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP, OCCIDENTAL MINDORO, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, WESTERN VISAYAS, AND ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA.

Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will be clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
