SOUTHWESTERLIES (Southwesterly Surface Windflow/Weak Habagat) will bring breezy conditions, clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered light rain showers and thunderstorms across the BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP, COASTAL AREAS OF ILOCOS REGION, PANATAG SHOAL, AND KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG).

SURFACE TROUGH will bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO, SOUTHERN PART OF SULU ARCHIPELAGO, CENTRAL AND SOUTHERN PALAWAN.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to be clear to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
