SOUTHWESTERLIES (SOUTHWESTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) enhanced by a Weak LPA off the East China Sea is bringing partly cloudy to mostly cloudy skies with passing light to moderate or at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON; WESTERN SHORES OF NORTHERN & CENTRAL LUZON, PALAWAN, parts of MIMAROPA & KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG); SULU ARCHIPELAGO & ZAMBOANGA PENINSULA

Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will be partly to mostly cloudy skies with possible isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
