NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow) bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies with occasional drizzles to light rain showers to at times moderate rain showers with possible thunderstorms across NORTHERN AND NORTHEASTERN LUZON, EASTERN LUZON, BICOL REGION, EASTERN VISAYAS, AND NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.

TROUGH OF WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) is bringing mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EASTERN AND SOUTHERN MINDANAO (including DAVAO REGION).

Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear skies to mostly cloudy periods with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening in some areas.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
