EASTERLIES (EASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS, EASTERN AND CENTRAL PARTS OF NORTHERN LUZON, CENTRAL LUZON, SOUTHERN TAGALOG PROVINCES, METRO MANILA, BICOL REGION, MINDORO, ROMBLON, MARINDUQUE, VISAYAS, NORTHERN AND EASTERN MINDANAO.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies with partly cloudy and some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
