There are no developing Tropical Disturbances (LPAs) across the Western Pacific Ocean, the Philippine Sea and the South China Sea at this time.
WIND CONVERGENCE develops across REST OF VISAYAS AND MINDANAO, where mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected.
NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW/WEAK AMIHAN) affecting EASTERN BICOL AND SAMAR PROVINCES, where clear to mostly cloudy skies, moderate to fresh breeze with some chances of isolated or scattered rain showers will be expected.
Meanwhile, a warm EASTERLIES (EASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will continue to bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across EASTERN LUZON, CAGAYAN VALLEY including BATANES AND BABUYAN GROUP OF ISLANDS.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies with partly cloudy and some chances of isolated to scattered rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
