Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) weakens, just the prevailing NORTHEASTERLIES (WEAK AMIHAN) across CENTRAL LUZON, CALABARZON, METRO MANILA, BICOL REGION, MIMAROPA, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, NORTHERN AND NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO. These areas will have partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, moderate to fresh breeze with passing isolated to scattered rain showers, especially along the eastern sections.

TAIL-END OF COLD FRONT will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, slightly cooler conditions with scattered to widespread rain showers and thunderstorms across DAVAO REGION AND EASTERN SOCCSKSARGEN.**

EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) bringing partly to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers or possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
