The cold surge of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, cooler conditions with occasional drizzles, light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms across NORTHERN, CENTRAL and EASTERN LUZON including BICOL REGION, CALABARZON, and METRO MANILA; VISAYAS; MIMAROPA; SULU ARCHIPELAGO; NORTHERN and EASTERN MINDANAO. It will be more frequent along the Eastern Sections of the affected areas. Fresh breeze to near gale-force winds (35 to 55 km/hr) will blow from the northeast, making the seas moderate to very rough seas (2.0 to 5.5 meters) and dangerous to all types of sea vessels.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
