EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and possibe thunderstorms across the NORTHERN AND EASTERN SECTIONS OF NORTHERN AND CENTRAL LUZON.
Meanwhile, a weak surge of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, cooler conditions, with passing occasional rain showers or thunderstorms across BATANES AND BABUYAN ISLAND GROUP. Fresh breeze to near-gale winds of 35 to 55 km/hr will blow making the seas along these areas moderate to very rough (2.0 to 5.5 meters) and dangerous to all types of sea vessels.
NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) will continue to bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, moderate to fresh breeze with passing isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across BICOL REGION, SOUTHERN QUEZON, ROMBLON, PALAWAN, VISAYAS, SULU ARCHIPELAGO, AND EASTERN MINDANAO. The rains will be more frequent along the eastern seaboards of the abovementioned areas.
Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to partly cloudy skies with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.
