NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN & NORTHERN LUZON. Fresh to strong breeze of 35 to 50 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.
NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will provide partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EASTERN LUZON; BICOL REGION; & EASTERN VISAYAS.
WIND CONVERGENCE will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over SOUTHERN PALAWAN & KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP.
The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
