SURFACE TROUGH will bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated to scattered light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO.

Meanwhile, EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across BICOL & QUEZON PROVINCES, EASTERN & NORTHERN VISAYAS.

THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have clear skies to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
