TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 95W and its TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with scattered to widespread light to moderate to at times heavy rain showers and thunderstorms across MINDANAO and THE REST OF THE VISAYAS. As of 11:00 AM today, the center of the LPA 95W was located about 360 km southeast of Mati City, Davao Oriental (5.2N 129.0E) and has a low (<35%) chance of becoming a significant tropical cyclone within the next 24 hours.
Meanwhile, NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Winflow) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across BICOL REGION, EASTERN LUZON and EASTERN VISAYAS.
THE REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have clear skies to mostly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
