NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring cool windy conditions & mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light to at times moderate scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, & EASTERN LUZON; ORIENTAL MINDORO; MARINDUQUE; ROMBLON; & BICOL REGION. Fresh breeze to Strong breeze of 35 to 45 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky for small & medium-sized sea vessels.

TROUGH of TROPICAL DEPRESSION SANBA (BASYANG) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light to at times moderate scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over VISAYAS, & NORTHEASTERN MINDANAO.

TROPICAL DEPRESSION SANBA (BASYANG) will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with moderate to heavy widespread rain showers or thunderstorms over PALAWAN & KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP.

The rest of the country will experience partly cloudy to mostly conditions with the possibility of isolated showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
