NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring cool windy conditions and mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light to at times moderate scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN, & EASTERN LUZON; BICOL REGION; & EASTERN VISAYAS. Fresh breeze to Strong breeze of 35 to 50 kph with significant wave heights of 2.5 to 4.0 m (Moderate to Rough) are expected to prevail across the mentioned areas making the seas risky for small and medium-sized sea vessels.

TROUGH of WEAK LPA will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to at times light scattered rain showers or thunderstorms across EASTERN MINDANAO.

The rest of the country will experience clear to partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon & the evening.
