Surge of the NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) are bringing slightly cooler conditions, partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) conditions with occasionally light to at times moderate rain showers and possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN-NORTHERN-EASTERN LUZON, SOUTHERN QUEZON, BICOL REGION, AND KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG). The winds will be fresh breeze to Gale-Force (30 to 70 kph) across these areas, with moderate to very rough seas (2.0 to 7.5 meters) and risky to all types of sea vessels.
Meanwhile, TROUGH of WEAK LOW PRESSURE AREA (LPA) bringing mostly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with scattered light to moderate rain showers and thunderstorms across VISAYAS AND MINDANAO.
REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear skies to mostly cloudy periods with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in the afternoon or evening in some areas.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
