NORTHEASTERLIES (Northeasterly Surface Windflow/Weak Amihan) will continue to bring partly to mostly cloudy skies, cooler conditions with occasional light to moderate rain showers or thunderstorm across EXTREME NORTHERN, NORTHERN & EASTERN LUZON; BICOL REGION; MIMAROPA; KALAYAAN ISLAND GROUP (KIG); VISAYAS; AND SULU ARCHIPELAGO.
Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH has emerged over the Celebes Sea, bringing partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across WESTERN AND SOUTHERN MINDANAO including BANGSAMORO.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will have clear skies to partly cloudy skies with chances of isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorm in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
*Tropical Cyclone Formation or Tropical Disturbances (LPAs) are not present across the Western Pacific Ocean including the Philippine and South China Seas through the next 24 hours.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
