EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will bring partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies, with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN AND EASTERN LUZON; BICOL REGION; VISAYAS; AND EASTERN, NORTHERN AND CENTRAL MINDANAO.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to have clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms developing later.

Elsewhere, there are no developing Tropical Distubances (LPAs) across the Western Pacific Ocean, South China and Philippine Seas at this time.
