NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will provide clear to partly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over NORTHERN PARTS of LUZON.

SURFACE TROUGH will bring partly cloudy to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over SOUTHERN, & EASTERN MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have generally hot temperature and clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
