NORTHEASTERLIES (NORTHEASTERLY SURFACE WINDFLOW) will provide partly to mostly cloudy conditions with isolated to light scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over EXTREME NORTHERN & NORTHERN LUZON.

SURFACE TROUGH will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with light to at times moderate scattered rain showers and thunderstorms over SOUTHERN, EASTERN, & WESTERN MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have generally hot and partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
