Surge of NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) will bring clear to cloudy skies with light to at times moderate scattered to occasional rain showers and possible thunderstorms across EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON.

Meanwhile, the REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will continue to have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms in some areas later in the afternoon or evening.

Elsewhere across, there are no developing Tropical Disturbances (LPAs) over the coverage area at this time.
