Warm EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) is blowing across the EASTERN COASTAL AREAS OF BICOL REGION, VISAYAS, AND MINDANAO. Partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms will be expected within the next 24 hours.

Meanwhile, THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to be clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers and possible thunderstorms in some areas, especially in some portions of Northern Luzon.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
