Late-season NORTHEAST MONSOON (AMIHAN) extends over EXTREME NORTHERN LUZON well into the Northern part of the WEST PHILIPPINE SEA at this time, bringing cool and breezy conditions with some light rain showers or thunderstorms.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH is bringing some cloudiness with chances of passing light to at times moderate rain showers or thunderstorms along the EASTERN, SOUTHERN & WESTERN sections of MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear to partly cloudy skies with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing in places.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for POSSIBLE FLASHFLOODS, LANDSLIDES OR LIGHTNING STRIKES during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
