Warm EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) will bring clear to mostly cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across THE EASTERN SECTIONS OF BICOL, VISAYAS, AND MINDANAO.
THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will be clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.
**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
