Warm EASTERLIES (Easterly Surface Windflow) bringing partly cloudy to cloudy (overcast) skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms across EASTERN AND CENTRAL LUZON, METRO MANILA, CALABARZON, BICOL REGION, VISAYAS, NORTHEASTERN AND EASTERN MINDANAO.

Meanwhile, a SURFACE TROUGH is affecting the REST OF MINDANAO, where mostly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated to scattered rain showers and thunderstorms.

THE REST OF THE COUNTRY will continue to be clear to mostly cloudy skies, with isolated rain showers or possible thunderstorms in some areas.

**Residents are advised to be on alert for possible flashfloods, landslides or lightning strikes during the occurrence of Severe Thunderstorms.
