Meanwhile, TROUGH of WEAK LPA will bring mostly cloudy to cloudy conditions with isolated light to at times moderate scattered rain showers or thunderstorms over EASTERN & SOUTHERN MINDANAO.

The REST OF THE PHILIPPINES will have clear skies to partly cloudy conditions with the possibility of isolated rain showers or thunderstorms developing in some areas especially in the afternoon or evening.
