|Current Status and Outlook||The small, but strong disturbance (LPA) over Central Micronesia has developed into Tropical Depression (TD) 03W…could pose a threat to Mindanao early next week. Forecast to enter the southeastern border of the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) on Sunday, Mar 17.
This TD is still far to directly affect any part of the country within the next 3 days.
|Where is 03W?||As of 5:00 PM PhT today, March 15…0900 GMT. The center was located approaching the southern sections of Western Micronesia [near 8.2°N 142.2°E], about 850 km east of Koror, Palau or 1,743 km east of Cateel, Davao Oriental.|
