Rain Alert Update No. 10 (As of 10:50 PM Nov 14, 2019)

The combined effects of Tropical Depression KALMAEGI (RAMON) and the surge of the Northeast Monsoon (AMIHAN) will bring moderate to extreme rainfall (30 to more than 100 mm) across Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Nva. Ecija, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Quezon, Polilio Island, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Albay, Catanduanes, Sorsogon, Occidental Mindoro & Oriental Mindoro, Marinduque, Semirara Island, Romblon, Masbate, Aklan, Antique, Iloilo & Guimaras IslandNegros Occidental, Cebu, Biliran, LeyteNorthern Samar, Quiniluban Group,  Cuyo & Cagayancillo Island, & Palawan – Today through Friday evening (November 15). The rains will be more frequent along the coastal and mountain slope areas of these affected provinces. Hence, the ORANGE, RED & VIOLET Rain Alert  have been hoisted along these areas. Residents are advised to take precautionary measures against possible flash floods and landslides. Elsewhere, the Severe Weather Warning has been lowered.
