The combined effects of the Trough of Tropical Disturbance 91W (LPA) and the surge of the Northeast Monsoon (AMIHAN) will bring moderate to heavy rainfall (30 to 100 mm) across Cagayan, Isabela, Aurora, Quirino, Quezon, Polilio Island, Bulacan, Rizal, Laguna, Camarines Norte, Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Albay, Sorsogon, Marinduque, Northern Samar, Eastern Samar, Samar, Oriental Mindoro, Romblon, Ticao Island, Burias Island, Masbate, Biliran, Leyte, Aklan, Capiz, Antique, Iloilo, Guimaras Island, Negros Occidental, Bantayan Island, Cebu, Bohol, Camotes Island, Southern Leyte, Dinagat Island, Siargao Island, Camiguin Island, Surigao del Norte, Agusan del Norte & Misamis Oriental – Today through Monday evening (November 11). The rains will be more frequent along the coastal and mountain slope areas of these affected provinces. Hence, the ORANGE & RED Rain Alert have been hoisted along these areas. Residents are advised to take precautionary measures against possible flash floods and landslides. Elsewhere, the Severe Weather Warning has been lowered.
