Rain Alert Update #004 [FINAL] (As of 2:45 PM Sun May 14, 2017)

Thick rainbands associated with a strong InterTropical Convergence Zone (ITCZ) has already receded and gradually dissipated and are no longer expected to bring moderate rains across Surigao Provinces incl. Dinagat and Siargao, Northern Parts of Davao Oriental and Agusan Del Norte. Hence, the ORANGE Rain Alert (Severe Weather Warning) previously hoisted across these areas are now terminated.
