Rain Alert Update #003 (As of 4:15 PM Wed September 06, 2017) [FINAL]

The thick rain bands associated with the departing TROPICAL STORM GUCHOL (KIKO) and its TROUGH has receded and is no longer bringing significant rainfall across Ilocos Norte, Northern Ilocos Sur, Northern Apayao, Northwestern Cagayan, Western Abra, and Babuyan Group of Islands. Hence, the ORANGE, RED and VIOLET Rain Alerts (Severe Weather Warnings) previously hoisted across these areas are now terminated.

This is now the final rain alert update from WPF.
