The rainbands associated with TROPICAL DISTURBANCE (LPA) 96W and its TROUGHS has gradually dissipated and moved over the West Philippine Sea. This LPA is no longer expected to bring moderate to at times heavy rains across Northern, Eastern and Southern portion of Quezon, Polilio Is., Camarines Norte, Northern part of Camarines Sur, Catanduanes, Northern and Eastern section of Sorsogon, Burias Is., Ticao Is., Masbate Is., including Marinduque Is., Southern part of Batangas, Eastern portion of Oriental Mindoro, Lubang Is., Northern, Western and Southern part of Occidental Mindoro, Northern part of Samar, Eastern and Central portion of Samar, Northern Cebu including Bantayan Is., Aklan, Antique, Northern and Eastern part of Iloilo, Northern and Eastern section of Capiz, Western part of Guimaras Is., Cagayancillo Is., Quiniluban Is. Group, Cuyo Is., Northern mainland of Palawan, Calamian Is. Group, Coron Is. Group, Cabulauan Is., and the Kalayaan Is. Group. Hence, the ORANGE Rain Alert (Severe Weather Warning) previously hoisted across these areas are now terminated.
