Rain Alert Update #002 [FINAL] (As of 10:25 AM Thu Mar 23, 2017)

The rainbands associated with the warm Easterlies (Easterly Trade Winds) has already dissipated and are no longer expected to bring occasionally light to at times moderate rains and thunderstorms over the Northernmost tip of Isabela, Northern, Eastern and Western portions of Cagayan, Northeasternmost reaches of Apayao, Calayan and Babuyan Island Group, in particular over the Batanes Island Group. Hence, the ORANGE Rain Alert (Severe Weather Warning) previously hoisted across these areas are now terminated.
