Rain Alert Update #001 (As of 1:00 PM Sun Mar 05, 2017)

The Trough of Tropical Disturbance (LPA) 90W will bring moderate to heavy rains across Surigao Provinces including Dinagat and Siargao Islands, Agusan Provinces, Northern parts of Davao Oriental and Davao del Norte, Northern Compostela, Northernmost part of Bukidnon, and Eastern Misamis Oriental including Camiguin Island  today through Monday afternoon (Mar 06). The rains will be more frequent along the coastal and mountain slope areas of these affected provinces. Hence, the ORANGE and RED Rain Alerts (Severe Weather Warning) have been hoisted along these areas. Residents are advised to take precautionary measures against possible flash floods and landslides.
